I just read an amazing article on ‘back end’ of the movie 21. Card counting MIT geniuses organized by a brilliant master. This is how you win at blackjack by staying organized, staying cool and driving toward your goal of walking away with the most money and remaining the coolest.

If we can do this we can rake in the house. The key thing is getting organized,retaining data, and sticking with your strategy. If we get away from our strategy we will all lose to the house.

This is the same in the real world as well. I firmly believe getting and staying organized is the key in winning in the real world and at the blackjack table.
